THE younger members of the Courtenay Players will be showcased in a musical production next week.
The show, called 'Sunny Days', is split into two parts, with the first half a comedy entitled 'Nun Fun in the Arizona Sun'. Written by Gerald P Murphy, the funny script contains the villainous Wendell LaRue, his appropriately-named stooge Bungle, and a singing cow!
The second half of the evening will be the Courtenay Players singing a selection of songs, some old favourites and some new and lesser-known songs.
The performances take place on June 15, 16 and 17 at the Charter Hall from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £6 for adults and £3 for under-13s, and are available from the Fairplace Church shop in the Arcade.
