EXBOURNE School parents' group have just concluded a 15 month fundraising project to enhance the school playground. The PFA would like to thank The Burrow, Parklands, The Co-op, The Old School House Trust and the Naising Charitable Trust for their support. The project this year by the PFA is aiming to improve the school's IT equipment. This has undergone a strong start, with their 'grow a pound' competition being an enormous success. Thirty-four children were each given a pound and had to find ways to invest it to make a profit. The project ended up raising £1, 193.00. Prize winners were Seth Luxton, Sam Collins, Joel Sawyer, Katie Chapman, Maddie Davison, Foo Penrose, Neive Flannaghan. Izzy Budd, Ruby Heggerty, Chloe Walker, Lucy Walker, Alisha Walker, Kady Davis, Hannah Gazzard, Kallum Chapman and Felicity Chapman.
