Big Boss Chicken, a takeaway at 10 Potacre Street, Torrington, Devon was given the score after assessment on June 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Torridge's 50 takeaways with ratings, 32 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
