AN Okehampton charity is looking for home visiting volunteers to work with local families.

Home-Start, which offers support and friendship to families, is looking for a parent or someone who has parenting experience who can offer support to families needing extra help with their children.

The charity will offer high quality training and paid travel expenses in return for two to four hours per week volunteering after training.
