OKEHAMPTON Primary School is asking for anyone with Morrisons Let's Grow vouchers to donate them to the school.

The Let's Grow programme aims to help schools capture the imagination of the nation's children by inspiring them to grow their own fruit and vegetables in school grounds.

Shoppers at Morrisons receive a voucher for every £10 spent in store and donate them to a local participating school. The school then exchanges those vouchers for a range of gardening equipment on offer.

The primary school is collecting the vouchers to buy more fruit bushes for its allotment beds.

In the past, the school has used vouchers to buy gardening equipment to set up a gardening club, apple trees, and raspberry bushes.

You can drop your vouchers in at the school's reception, or send them to the school via post to Okehampton Primary School, Glendale Road, Okehampton, EX20 1JB.
