DEVON'S place names will be the topic of discussion at the next Okehampton U3A meeting.

Freelance photographer Robert Hesketh will give a talk on the county's place names.

The group holds a branch meeting on the last Thursday of each month. This month's meeting takes place today (Thursday) in the Garden Room at the Ockment Centre at 2.30pm. Visitors are welcome to attend up to three meetings before joining.  The cost is £12 for the year. New members are welcome.
