POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an incident that took place in St James Street in Okehampton.

Between 10pm and 11pm on Friday June 4, a male was attacked and robbed. A group of males were enjoying a barbecue in Simmons Park at around 7pm. If you were one of them, or know who they were, please contact the police.
