TAVISTOCK Tennis Club the mixed Winter tournament, which has been played throughout the winter months recently reached its final.

Matt Smith and Lynda Williams beat John White and Maggie Lilley 6-4, 6-3 in a close fought match, with long exhausting rallies, played in a competitive but very friendly spirit.

The tennis club's annual meeting takes place at the clubhouse on Thursday, February 7 at 7.30pm. It is hoped that as many members as possible will attend.
