THE match commenced with Dart forwards constantly penetrating the home team's defence, creating several opportunities to score.

Okehampton defence of Nicky Stoneman, Rochelle Hillier and Sandy Douglas had to work hard to keep the ball out of the D limiting the opportunities for midfielders Alex Collins, Anna Speak and Ailsa Gibb.

Concerns that the home team could loose the match prompted a change in defence formation and this soon paid dividends whne Emma Wiseman scored the opening goal for Oke.

However, Dart, keen to even the score and it took determination, skill and stamina from Rachel Adams, Viv Weatherington and Annabel Rademaker to keep them out.

It was the quick and strategic skills of midfielder, Alex Collins that raised the stakes by securing a second goal for Okehampton.

The whole team played exceptionally with player of the match Ailsa Gibb.
