IN the Okehampton Netball League FBI overcame the Hawks Tor by 53-20.

Both teams started this game evenly matched and with only four goals separating the teams at the end of the first quarter.

In the second FBI built on their lead with some excellent shooting and great court play. Hawks lost their momentum in the third and could only watch as FBI's shooters converted all their shots on goal. In the last Hawks only scored two goals to allow FBI another good win keeping them at the top of the league table.

Bradford Belles fought off the Busy Bees 34-27. The start of this second division match was also close with Bradford Belles just having the edge at the end of the first quarter.

Busy Bees dug in but could not reduce Bradford's three goal lead from the first quarter. In the third Busy Bees started well and drew level, however Bradford once again applied pressure to Busy Bees shooters and increased their lead to five goals.

The last quarter saw some excellent netball from both teams and it looked as though Busy Bees might go ahead but Bradford held on to the lead to win by seven.
