Bradninch1ARGYLE Reserves sealed second place in the league with a demolition of Bradninch.
A sunny Simmons Park saw the reserves round off the season in style as they raced into a four goal lead within the first ten minutes, they also wasted several chances but continued adding to the tally making it 8-0 at half time.
The game slowed in the second half heat and Bradninch scored a goal before Argyle regained the momentum with a further six goals.
The last goal was scored by Denzil Dennis, who is normally a goalkeeper, which meant that all players on Saturday had scored at some point in the season.Devon veteransSt Martin 5Okehampton Argyle veterans 6OKEHAMPTON veterans won their final game of the season to take the league title and promotion to the top division. A delayed kick-offf at St Martins saw a slow start with Oke giving the opposition far too much time and space. The Okehampton chances were being wasted and St Martins scored every time they went forward it was 4-1 to the hosts at half time. The fight back started soon after the break and by the hour mark it was all square at 4-4. Okehampton then took the lead for the first time which looked to have seen off St Martins but they equalised with seven minutes to go. The winning goal came two minutes before the end to secure their 100% record for the season.
