TO mark national ladies’ shooting day a special event will be held at Westdown Farm Clay Shoot in Moretonhampstead.

It welcomes women with all levels of experience including complete beginners.

Jason Bruckner of Devon Sporting Clays who are running the event said: ‘Its great to have all of the ladies here. Most of them have never shot before and we had them hitting clays in no time.

‘The atmosphere is always great and I’m looking forward to doing it again in June’.
