EIGHTY children from North Tawton, Chagford, Okehampton, Hather-leigh and hosts, South Tawton, took part in the Annual Weaver Cup Cross Country event at Willey farm, Sticklepath on Tuesday, May 23.

It was a long tough course which produced some great runs and maximum effort from all participants.

All team scores counted and boys and girls were one team. South Tawton managed to hold off Okehampton A to win by three points, with Hatherleigh third, Chagford fourth, Okehampton B fifth and North Tawton sixth.
