ON a blustery and soggy afternoon, the partisan few that were not watching the Autumn rugby international games saw the Okehampton colts play an outstanding game of rugby, running their Torridge side rivals to a standstill.

With excellent handling, powerful driving play and a will to run the ball with abandon throughout the team the opposition did not know where the next attack was coming from.

With the return of Reece Palmer and Lewis Taylor from the first 15, along with Olly Francis and captain Ryan Gross, the four all had outstanding games.

THE previous game against a strong and powerful Sidmouth side saw the Oke colts gain another good win.

Again they kept the ball moving and did not allow their opponents to entice them into an arm wrestle for possession and territory. again good performances by captain Gross and Jack Davey.
