DEVON Hockey are encouraging clubs to form a Badgers team to help the younger players make the transition from junior to senior hockey. 

The Okehampton ladies’ and mens’ Badgers hockey teams consist of two or three senior players who help and support the younger members of the team. 

The Okehampton teams had a warm up match against each other on Sunday before playing fixtures during the season against other clubs, with the men team winning 2-0.
