OKEHAMPTON Running Club was out in force at the weekend with runners in the Eden Marathon, Eden Half Marathon and the Great West Run half marathon.

Congratulations to Charlie Galley, Carole Cornwall and Heidi Wills who were making their marathon debuts — a tough one to choose. Charlie put in a great run to finish first for ORC and Carole and Heidi together with Karen and Lucy Skye won the female team prize.

At the Great West Run in Exeter, Claire Stanbury and Sarah Bell completed their first half marathons. Keri Quertier, Jackie Dawes and Janet White ran PB times.
