THE First Chance 10k hosted by South West Road Runners took place on a very cold but sunny morning.

The race sells out every year and is a fast and flat two lap route from Haven Banks in Exeter. Stuart May was the first over the line for Okehampton Running Club while Marilyn Cooper led the ORC ladies to win the FV60 category.

Janet White, also in the FV60 category, was taking part in her first 10k race.
