OKEHAMPTON secured their first clean sheet of the season with a comfortable win against their East Devon visitors.

Straight from the start the hosts were in control and looked threatening with most attacks. Josh Speak gave them an early lead when his shot was deflected past the keeper into the corner — Mark Parsons pounced to score after the umpire had allowed Oke to play the advantage after Chris Luxton had been hit in the knee. Lewis Day then found Parsons again and he slotted away a reverse hit to make it 3-0 to Okehampton before half time. The visitors only had one opportunity which keeper Andy Harvey saved.

The second half saw Okehampton dominant and a great move saw Luke Miller find Greg Williams who slammed it into the net. Luxton then had chances as did Josh Balsdon and Miller but they could not quite convert.
