THE new Okehampton Argyle U15 team were looking forward to the first match of the season in their new Exeter League.

A glorious sunny start for the home match against newly relegated Ottery St Mary was sure to be a tough opening match.

The Okehampton team took a firm lead in the first half scoring early on, however Ottery equalised just before half time.

The second half saw Ottery pulling out all the stops to take a 3-1 lead with only 15 minutes to go. However the Argyle lads played their best and most determined and stuck well to good team play to earn a respectable 3-3 draw. Argyle player of the match Craig.
