Yeovil C 1

STRAIGHT away Yeovil went on the attack with a quick break but unable to score. This acted as a wake-up call for Okehampton and from then on it the home side had complete control of this game.

Using the widths Okehampton kept creating chances and were capitalising, Simon Bourne not only assisting goals but also getting on the score sheet twice. Oke restricted Yeovil to a few counter attacks but the home defence remained alert despite long periods of inactivity - first a great stop off the line from centre back Ian Miller then a good diving save from goalkeeper Pete Sim to keep Yeovil at bay.

But Oke's dominance told and went into the break 6-0 up.

After the break Okehampton kept on the pressure with great midfield play from Pete Hutchins; Sam Whalley; Alex Emuss; Brett Lawson and Simon Bourne led to Okehampton's forwards of Renier Rademaker; Jake Lloyd; Rowan Perrier and Dan Rademaker earning short corners for the team.

Yeovil scored a quick counter attack following a short corner.

Other goalscorers man of the match Sam Whalley, who scored a hat-trick, Rowan Perrier, Reiner Rademaker and Jake Lloyd (2).

This was great team performance from Okehampton and a well deserved victory.
