POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a 15-year-old schoolboy was assaulted in Simmons Way, Okehampton between 8.30am and 9am on Monday, May 15.

An adult male, who was seen to get out of a vehicle, was reported to have been involved. The child did not sustain serious injuries.

Police are keen to speak to any witnesses to the incident or anyone who has any information which may help their investigation.
