THOSE who enjoy a good film will enjoy taking a free seat at the Octagon Theatre at Okehampton College on Wednesday, September 29.
The World Film Club will be opening its doors for its first showing of the year, the French film 'Moliere' — described as 'Shakespeare in Love . . . French style.'
Sue Harris, the subject leader in French at the college, said: 'This is a sumptuously filmed hilarious and romantic comedy fictionalising events which could have lead the great French dramatist to pen his masterpiece "Tartuffe".'
The film starts at 7.15pm, lasts two hours and entry is free.
The club's next public film is 'Masai, The Rain Warriors' on Wednesday, November 17 at 7.15pm.
If you would like a seat at either film call 01837 650910.
