IT was a week filled with fun activities for everyone who attended Winkleigh Fair this year.
The fair kicked off with the ever popular dog show followed by entertainment including Winkleigh's Got Talent, the produce show and race night.
Guests browsed the farmers' market, which was accompanied by the sound of the 'Big Beat' junk music workshop, who performed later with those who took part in the session.
Winkleigh Primary School Choir also performed and children were able to enjoy a fancy dress competition, with the best homemade costume category won by Cara and Jasmine Garnworthy. The best overall costume category was won by Philippa and Isabella Gale.
The fair king, Chris Skinner and the fair queen, Lucy Cox, both handed out prizes.
Retro Bug Man was on hand to show people his collection of snakes and bugs, including some enormous cockroaches and residents enjoyed a tug-of-war competition, as well as singing from Winkleigh Primary School and a solo performance by Becky Brine.
The Winkleigh Fair Committee has expressed thanks to everyone who helped make the fair so successful.
