CHAGFORD Young Farmers' Club have raised a magnificent £2,700 for charity, following their auction of promises.

The club held the auction at the Dolphin Hotel in Bovey Tracey on April 19, to raise funds for Cancer Research UK and the Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team.

The club expressed thanks to everyone who attended the auction along with all the people and companies that dedicated time and promises to make the auction so successful.
