THERE will be tasty treats galore in Hatherleigh's Old Schools this Saturday morning (March 31).
Hatherleigh's Colossal Cake Sale and coffee morning will raise money for Help for Heroes with a sale of home-made cakes and biscuits, jams, preserves and savouries.
The sale is part of a nationwide fundraising campaign for the charity, running from March 26 to April 7.
In 2008, there were seven cake sales to support the charity, but the event has grown rapidly in the last four years.

The charity is hoping to recruit even more fundraisers to hold even more cake sales in 2012.
The sale takes place from 9am to 12.30pm. All are welcome to attend and enjoy refreshments to raise money for a worthy cause.
