AFTER the success of Bratton Clovelly's inaugural Junior Football Tournament last year, teams of young players — men and women — from across West Devon will be converging on the village's recreation ground on Saturday, October 20.

And to make the day more attractive, from 9.30am players and spectators will be able to enjoy a 'Big Breakfast' of locally sourced eggs and sausages as well as bacon, beans, toast and tea or coffee, in the parish hall, next to the recreation ground.

The tournament is already fully subscribed but everyone is still encouraged to come along and support the teams and enjoy a breakfast for £5, or £3 for children under 16.

For teams that have missed out this year, organisers hope to hold a bigger event next summer.
