STUDENTS at Shebbear College were put through their paces by the Army recently when they took part in a team-building event on their playing field.

The whole Upper School at the independent school near Beaworthy were given numerous physical challenges and mental puzzles located all over the field with time limitations on each activity to add extra pressure.

There was a lot of fun and laughter as the students undertook activities designed to challenge and develop their thinking, coordination, communication and teamwork skills.

‘Shebbear College would like to thank the troops for putting on such an exciting and fun experience,’ said a school spokesperson.
