POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision between a motorcycle and car at Iron Bridge Cross, near Okehampton at 2.53pm on Saturday April 23.

Police, ambulance services and the air ambulance attended the scene of the collision, where they found a 44-year-old male motorcyclist with fatal injuries.

The male driver, and only person in the car, was treated for shock but was otherwise uninjured.

Police closed off the B3215 to carry out a full investigation, and are now seeking witnesses to the collision.
