PLANS are already underway to ensure the fourth Chagford Film Festival is the best yet. This year's festival will launch on September 22 with Circo Rum Ba Ba's versatile all female circus troupe performing a new spectacle titled 'The Smallest Hotel Routine', an ode to Wes Anderson's captivating 1930s-set caper The Grand Budapest Hotel. Other events currently being planned is an appearance by a vintage mobile cinema, a live music and film sing along, and the return of horror film Horrible Thursday.
