FOR those who enjoy a potter around the garden then Chagford is the place to be on the weekend of June 19 and 20.

Chagford Open Gardens takes place with 14 gardens being made available to the public from 11am to 5am each day. 

Entry is £5 a programme which entitles you to visit the gardens on both days — tickets can be obtained either from the gardens or Sally's newsagent in Chagford. 

Refreshments  of morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas will be available in some of the gardens.

All monies raised at the event will be going to Chagford Church.
