EVERYONE is welcome to come along and enjoy the annual Hatherleigh Open Gardens this month.
Around ten gardens will be open for guests to visit, including some new ones.
The gardens include the West Fishleigh Kitchen Garden, which has double-height raised beds for wheelchair users.
Fishleigh Castle is a country garden just outside of Hatherleigh and will be open for the first time.
Some of the gardens will offer refreshments of drinks, light lunches and cream teas, which are also being provided for the visitors to the Parish Church Flower Festival from Thursday, July 8 to Sunday, July 11.
Entry to the Open Gardens is by programme, which are available on the day from Salar Gallery, Old Schools or some of the open gardens.
They cost £4 or £3 in advance at the beginning of July from Salar Gallery.
All the money raised will go towards the Hatherleigh Church Buildings Fund for urgent repairs to the stained glass windows and the tower.
The Open Gardens will be held on Saturday, July 10 from 11am until 5pm and Sunday, July, 11 from 2pm until 5pm.
