A DAY of fun at Okehampton Rugby Club starts on the pitch on Saturday July 16 — but with jazz music rather than a bruising game of rugby.
Taking place from 12.30pm to 4.30pm, the club invite everyone to bring a picnic and enjoy the live music from Gittisham Jazz Band throughout the afternoon. Tickets cost £7 per person.
In the evening the clubhouse will host a night of skittles and barbecue. You can form your own team of six for the competition, with entry at £5 per team.
