A MINI panto, staged at Halwill History Group's Christmas meeting, was enjoyed by Winsford Luncheon Club members last week.

The Luncheon Club, which meets twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday, regularly has entertainment after its two-course, home-cooked meal. Transport, in the form of a minibus, is available to collect members from a ten-mile radius of Halwill Junction. The bus is also used for monthly trips to such places as the Donkey Sanctuary at Ivybridge and Budleigh Salterton, for a breath of fresh sea air.
