ON Saturday at Okehampton Golf Club a four ball better ball Stableford competition was held.

The winners of division one with 45 points were Mark Wonnacott and Arnie Searle.

The next three pairs all came in with the same score of 43 points but after countback second place was awarded to Paul Skidmore and Richard Reid. In third came Del Owen and Graham Moysey.

Division two was also closely contested with the top three pairs all coming in with the same score of 42 points.

After countback the winners were Andrew Finley and Fred Scott-Lawson. Second came Lloyd Chapman and Dean Rice and in third were Ray Grey and Bob Collett.
