NORTH Tawton kicked off to a strong start with the first try of the game being scored by Lottie Trerise within the first five minutes with Jo McBain adding another two points with the first conversion of the game onto the scoreboard.

This was shortly increased by another try again scored by strong running Lottie Trerise. North Tawton shone and kept up with their team effort throughout the game, with the forwards battling it out in the scrums, lineouts and rucks, and the backs with their strong running through the defence creating spaces and tries.

North Tawton's attacking play became stronger throughout the game leading to another try from Lottie Trerise and a try and four more conversions from Jo McBain.

However, this was a good team all round performance with further tries scored by Dawn Avery, Tasha Currie, Frankee Banbury and Lorraine Cleverdon.
