OKEHAMPTON Medical Centre is looking for new members for its patient participation group.

The centre is interested in receiving the views of its patients, with both positive and negative feedback encouraged as this enables the practice to review its operations to improve for the benefit of all patients. One way patients can get involved is through the patient participation group (PPG).

Hugh Norman, PPG chairman said: ‘We are always looking for new members from all backgrounds of the community.

‘The group is a great forum for people to learn more about the practice and have their say.’

Meetings are normally held on the last Thursday of every month at 6.30pm. Members are encouraged to share their and other patients’ views and to assist in fundraising for the PPG for the benefit of the patients of the practice.
