PREPARATIONS for the 750th Winkleigh Fair are now well under way, with the next fundraiser for the event taking place this Easter weekend.

The fair committee is keen to put on the best Winkleigh Fair ever to celebrate the landmark anniversary, and their next fundraiser is an auction of promises in the King's Arms in Winkleigh on Saturday April 7.

The auction starts at 4pm, and all are welcome. The fair committee is still on the lookout for donations of services and products for the auction.
