ONLINE electoral registration is available for the first time in the Torridge district as part of changes to the electoral registration system. Torridge residents should have recently received a letter from their electoral registration officer, informing them of the change to the electoral registration system — a move from the old 'head of household' registration system to individual electoral registration.
