ANYONE looking to start a very late new year's resolution or get fit can join new beginners' groups for Okehampton Running Club.
The club's new complete beginners group will offer people the chance to get fit and run in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. As well as getting fit and losing weight, the club offers the chance to make a new group of friends.
The six week beginners' course starts on Thursday, May 9, meeting at Okehampton Rugby Club at 6.15pm to run at 6.30pm. There is a £5 joining fee followed by a £25 fee for a year's membership. For more information e-mail [email protected]">[email protected]
