THE International Staff Band of the Salvation Army celebrates the 120th anniversary of its formation next year.

Exeter will welcome the band ahead of special events in London, which take place over the weekend of June 3 to 5, 2011.

The celebrations will include a concert in the Royal Albert Hall with seven other staff bands from around the world, and the bands will also be marching down the Mall to present a concert in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace.

The world renowned International Staff Band will visit Exeter over the weekend, October 30 to 31.

The Saturday concert is at 7pm at Exeter Temple, Friars Walk, EX2 4AY. Tickets available: balcony £8. ground floor £6.
