A SINGING workshop was held in the Tavistock Parish Rooms recently to get in practice for the launch event of the world’s biggest mechanic puppet — the Man Engine — which is part of the tinth (tenth) anniversary of the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage site.

The Hard Rock Miner anthem will be sung on the launch day as the puppet is revealed to the public for the first time in Tavistock next month.
