SPIRITS among first form students at Shebbear College are high, thanks to a recent team-building day out at Roadford Lake.

The day was filled with fun and action-packed activities like kayaking, raft building, archery and a high ropes course.

Even school chaplain Tim Aldridge got in on the act, conquering his fear of heights by completing the high ropes course.
