On Saturday, February 4, a four-ball better ball competition was played at Okehampton Golf Club.

The winners of division one were Lee Carey & Malcolm Hooper with 45 points, Richard McFarlane & Steve Rice were second with 44 points.

Kevin Cornwall & Alan Searle were third with 39 points and two couples were joint-fourth: David & Sue Williams and Peter & Andrew Sinclair also with 39 points.

Division two was won by Richard & Diana Johnson with 44 points, Adrian Raymond & Dave Haines-Lawson were second with 42 points, Paul & Michael MacDonald were third with 40 points and John Leonard & Nick Atkinson took fourth place with 39 points.
