OKEHAMPTON Running Club made a successful foray to the Bideford Ten miler bagging a clutch of trophies and personal bests, with all 14 runners achieving UKA awards.

Jane Jackson, Jo Fletcher and Becca Ewing won the ladies' veteran team prize and Becca, Jane, Anne Binns and Marilyn Cooper all won trophies in their age group categories.

Mags Jarvis went to Kingsteignton to take part in the Templer Ten, a multi terrain race of around 9.7 miles along the picturesque old Templer Way. The conditions on the tracks and fields were muddy after the overnight rain. She finished in 1.23.33.
