A BREAK-IN at the Plume of Feathers and the theft of a traffic light battery pack are among the crimes in the Okehampton area.

• VANDALS scratched the bonnet of a blue Citroen C4 parked in Fore Street, North Tawton sometime between Tuesday, December 28 at 8am and Monday, January 1 at 3pm, CR000278/18.

• INTRUDERS cut a padlock and gained entry to the cellar of the The Plume of Feathers in Fore Street, Okehampton over New Year. The pub, which is currently being renovated, was unoccupied at the time. Nothing was taken, CR000428/18.

• A BATTERY pack worth £900 was stolen from a portable set of traffic lights on the A382 between Sandy Park and Whiddon Down over New Year. The theft happened sometime between Friday, December 29 at 4pm and Tuesday, January 2 at 9am. CR000448/18.

• AN air rifle, £459 in cash and computer equipment was stolen from a property at Honeychurch in North Tawton between 9am on Tuesday, January 2 and 5pm on Thursday, January 4. CR/002070/18.
