A BRAVE little girl has had her long hair cut off to help children with cancer.

Summer Gee, seven, from Okehampton, took the plunge at Trudy’s hairdressers to help the Little Princess Trust. She’s raised £200 for the charity and has also sent her hair off to be made into wigs for children having cancer treatment.

Mum Tracey said: ‘When she said she wanted to have her hair cut off, I was like “oh your beautiful hair”. But I’m also very proud of her.’
