THE benefice of Hatherleigh, Exbourne, Jacobstowe, Meeth and Northlew is something of a mouthful — which is why churchgoers are being invited to suggest a new name for the benefice.

A new snappy, user-friendly name is being sought, with the winning title gaining the winner a small prize.
