HATHERLEIGH Methodist Church will be celebrating its 30th anniversary of the opening of the new church building in December, and will be holding a choir concert this Saturday as part of the celebrations.

The church is delighted to have the very rare opportunity to host the Stithians Ladies Choir from Cornwall.

The choir will perform a wide range of concert pieces ranging from 'You'll Never Walk Alone', Alexander's Ragtime Band to 'Bring Him Home' from 7.30pm.

There will be a bring and share supper following the concert. Admission is free, although there will be a retiring collection in aid of church funds and the Philippines appeal.
