WEST Devon Borough Council has wrapped up the best council backed schemes and services for residents to keep their homes warm and themselves well this winter.

You can find out about the simple things you can do to save money and energy in your home and how to apply for services, such as a new boiler, which can help keep your home warmer this winter. 

Wessex Loans and CosyDevon offer a number of services, from home improvement loans to applying for insulation, see if you’re eligible for schemes to protect your home through the winter months.  

Cllr Jeff Moody, Lead Member for Customer First, said: ‘We have gathered together the top schemes and services from partner organisations and council backed schemes across Devon. You can find advice and help available to protect your home and keep warm this winter.

‘If you think you could benefit from a fuel poverty scheme such as CosyDevon follow the advice we have gathered together and take a look at services provided by our partners, and we can all be better prepared for winter.
