A REMINDER for all young detectives who enjoy following a trail of clues and listening to spooky stories, the Museum of Dartmoor Life invites you to a night of letterboxing by torchlight tomorrow (Friday).

Scattered throughout the museum in Okehampton will be a series of letterbox stamps to collect and there will be a chance for participants to design their own stamps.

Storyteller Steve Manning will send shivers down your spine with tales of strange happenings and ghostly goings-on on Dartmoor.

To add to the spooky atmosphere, those attending are asked to bring torches along.

Admission is free, and the event runs from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. All ages are welcome. For more information contact the museum on 01837 52295.
